My friend Judy and I (left) decided to check out "Not your Mom's makeover" at Image Provocateurs in Roseville. We first arrived and couldn't help but notice all the hot pink and black on the walls with chain link fencing dividing the salon stalls. The staff (my makeover master and I below) was friendly and very tattooed.
