Happy Valentines Day, friends!

If you have not gotten around to a Valentines Gift for your sweetheart, why not make a rice crispy treat heart to say "I love you."  It's simple and a very appreciated gift.  I made one for Richard a day ago and well it's almost gone!  I used a heart shaped pan I have, but you could just shape it with your hands, or use cookie cutters and group a few together.

Some other fun ideas:
* Use cellophane bags and tied them off with curling ribbon.
* Valentine stickers on wrapper and put a lollipop stick into it to make rice crispy treat lollipops.
* Make a few treats and place them in a Valentine's coffee cup.

Don't forget to add a gift tag with a romantic or cute gift message and you've just made a fun, delicious and unique Valentines Day gift!

Here's the recipe I use, from www.ricecrispes.com:

3 tablespoons   butter or margarine
1 package (10 oz., about 40)   regular marshmallows
   OR
4 cups   miniature marshmallows
Food coloring (optional)

6 cups   Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
Assorted candy sprinkles

Send me a photo of your creation. :)  Jonelle'
